The scent of a woman – YSL’s Parisienne

I know perfume is more dependent on personal taste than clothing, but for any of you looking for a new scent, I introduce to you YSL’s Parisienne.

YSL Parisienne, $72.19 (Fragrancenet.com)

I think the first time I smelled this pretty scent was in a magazine ad, then I ran over to a perfume counter to see about the real deal – but I still haven’t purchased (hint, hint!). It’s a light, but enduring scent – sort of a combination of Chanel’s spicy Mademoiselle (my favorite) and something a little flowery.

Fragrancenet.com (my go-to for steals on perfume) is offering the 3 oz bottle for $72.19, which is almost $10 off the retail price, along with free shipping for the week.

“Parisienne is the essence of a woman who is incredibly free—she is not from Paris, but Paris adopts her. She knows how to love, how to live.”

Sounds good to me, no?
